USSC focuses on legislative and political action
to protect safe and legal gun ownership by Utah citizens. USSC provides
information on firearms related issues to group and indvidual members and supporters
in Utah. USSC coordinates and represents many of the state's gun owners
and organizations when dealing with legislative issues. USSC is the oldest Utah
gun rights advocacy organization. While not officially a Natonal Rifle Association
affiliate, USSC works closely with the NRA.

The Association makes safety and shooting sport related information available
to Utah citizens, and promotes range development to ensure safe places

does not engage in lobbying or political action. Membership in Utah
State Rifle & Pistol Association (or any club noted as

eligibility to purchase items from the Civilian
