Wolves in Utah-
(see most recent stories on our main page)
Wolves have
been decimating deer and elk herds in Montana, as well as cattle, and have attacked
humans in Arizona. "Wildlife" extremists have successfully placed
wolf expansion above maintaining viable big game animal populations, and even
human safety. THIS CAN HAPPEN HERE!
Anti-gun fanatics are also anti-hunting, and will "cry wolf" to destroy
all forms of hunting. The Salt Lake Tribune has shown itself to be extremely
biased in favor of wolves (as well as anti-gun), so you will seldom hear both
sides of the story there.
Hunters need
to belong to USSC, not just collectors, target shooters, and self defense people.

Lake Tribune pro-wolf editorial (12/31/02)
At least they support some protection/compensation for ranchers, but nothing
for the sportsmen who have paid millions to support the deer and elk herds in
the state. That means hunters, you know, the folks with GUNS, but that alone
may be enough for the Tribune to shun them.

farmers.
